VIP Vendor Program - Terms & Conditions

Vendor Rewards and Five-Sale Milestone Bonus

Each participating vendor receives five assigned VIP customer tokens and may earn the following rewards:

Customer Visit Reward: $2 for each qualifying customer who visits the Wrist-A-Hit™ booth and surrenders a valid assigned VIP token, regardless of whether a purchase is made.

Completed Sale Bonus: An additional $8 when that qualifying visit results in a completed customized Wrist-A-Hit™ watch purchase.

Each token may generate a maximum of $10 in regular vendor rewards.

Five-Sale Milestone Bonus

When all five assigned VIP tokens have been redeemed toward five separate qualifying completed watch purchases during the official dates of the card show for which the vendor registered, the vendor qualifies for one additional milestone reward.

The vendor must select one, and only one, of the following:

Option A — Complimentary Customized Watch: Receive one special reward token redeemable for one standard customized Wrist-A-Hit™ watch at a subsequent participating card show.

Option B — Additional $20 Cash Payout: Receive an additional $20 in cash as part of the vendor's event checkout payout.

The milestone rewards cannot be combined, exchanged after selection, or claimed more than once per vendor per event.

Sales occurring outside the designated card show's dates do not count toward the five-sale milestone, even if the token was originally distributed during that show.

Maximum Vendor Rewards

A vendor who generates five qualifying visits and five completed watch sales earns $50 in regular rewards, plus either one complimentary customized watch or an additional $20 cash bonus.

The maximum cash payout is $70 per vendor per event.

Payout and Reward Selection

Vendors must check out at the Wrist-A-Hit™ booth before leaving the show, return all unused tokens and reusable promotional materials, and select their milestone reward if eligible.

All rewards are subject to verification of qualifying visits, completed purchases, and token redemption records.
